Today during a court sitting concerning the complaint for prolonging the arrest of the 3 anarchists, a decision was made to release them on bail. A fee of 20 thousand PLN (4600 euro) was set for each of them. If the money is transferred in a week’s time (7 days from today), the arrested will be released and kept under police surveillance instead. 

60 thousadns PLN (13 800 euro) is a fortune for the families and friends of the arrested. Gathering these funds in one week seems barely possible. If you can – show your support, either financially or by forwarding the call for collecting funds. Every euro brings us closer to getting them out.

Leaving the arrest would mean for the arrested anarchists the end of everyday tortures they suffer after more than 3 months in solitary confinement. We cannot let this chance slip out of our hands!

Llamamiento en apoyo a la puesta en libertad bajo fianza para los 3 anarquistas

En mayo de 2016 tres de nuestrxs companyerxs y amigxs fueron arrestadxs en Varsovia. Fueron acusadxs de quemar un coche de la policia. Fueron golpeadxs, torturadxs y encerradxs en aislamiento, donde pasaron mas de 3 meses.

Hoy en una vista judicial concerniente al prolongado arresto de lxs 3 anarquistas de Varsovia, se tomo la decision de liberarlxs bajo fianza. Se impuso una fianzxa de 20.000 PLN (4.600 euros) para cada unx. Si el dinero no se ingresa en una semana (desde el 14 de septiembre), lxs arrestadxs seran mantenidxs bajos vigilancia policial.

60.000 PLN (13.800 euros) es una fortuna para las familias y amigxs  de lxs arrestadxs. Juntar todo ese dinero en una semana parece practicamente imposible. Si puedes, apoya economicamente o difundiendo este llamamiento: cada euro nos acerca a poder sacarlxs de ahi.

Sacarlxs de su encierro significaria, para ellxs, el final de las torturas diarias que sufren desde mas de 3 meses en aislamiento. No podemos dejar que esta oportunidad se nos escape de las manos!

Gericht verhängt Kaution für die Warschau 3. Eine Woche um Gelder zu sammeln

Im Mai wurden die Warschau 3 verhaftet und sitzen seitdem im Hochsicherheitsgefängnis mit sehr limitierten Kontakt zur Außenwelt ein. Aufgrund der neuen Anti-Terrorismus und antianarchistischen Gesetze müssen sie mit harten Strafen rechnen. Sie warten noch auf ihre Verhandlung.

Während der heutigen Gerichtsanhörung, aufgrund eingereichter Haftbeschwerde, wurde die Entscheidung getroffen, sie auf Kaution freizulassen. Eine Beitrag von 20.000 PLN (4600 Euro) Kaution wurde für jeden von ihnen festgelegt. Sollte das Geld, innerhalb einer Woche, bis zum 21. September eingezahlt sein, werden die Verhafteten entlassen und stattdessen unter Polizeiüberwachung gestellt.

60.000 PLN (13 800 euro) ist ein Vermögen für die Familien und Freundinnen der Verhafteten. Diesen Betrag innerhalb einer Woche zusammenbekommen scheint nicht möglich. Wenn ihr könnt, zeigt eure Unterstützung. Entweder finanziell, oder indem ihr den Spendensammelaufruf weiterleitet. Jeder Euro bringt uns näher, sie frei zu bekommen.

Aus der Haft zu kommen würde für die verhafteten Anarchisten das Ende der täglichen Folter bedeuten, die sie seit mehr als drei Monaten in ihrer Einzelhaft ausgesetzt sind. Wir können uns diese Chance nicht entgehen lassen!

Chiamata in appoggio alla liberazione sotto cauzione per i 3 anarchici

Nel maggio del 2016 3 alcunx nostrx compagnx e amicx furono arrestatx a Varsavia. Furono accusatx del tentativo d’incendio di una macchina della polizia. Furono picchiatx, torturatx e rinchiusx in celle d’isolamento, dove passarono più di tre mesi.

Oggi, in una visita giuridica a riguardo del prolungamento della detenzione dei 3 anarchici di Varsavia, hanno preso la decisione di liberarli sotto cauzione. Si definì la cauzione di 20.000 PLN (4600 euro) per ognuno dei detenuti. Se il denaro non si verserà nell’arco di una settimana, i detenuti rimarranno in prigione.

60.000 PLN (13.800 euro) è una fortuna per i familiari e gli amici degli arrestati. Raccogliere tutto questo denaro in una settimana sembra praticamente impossibile. Se puoi, appoggia economicamente o diffondi questa chiamata: ogni euro ci avvicina a liberarli dalla prigione.

Liberarli dalla prigione, significherebbe per loro la fine delle torture diarie che soffrono da più di tre mesi. Non possiamo permettere che questa opportunità ci sfugga dalle mani!

Sędzia przychylił się do wniosku. Zbieramy na kaucję!

Dzisiaj odbyło się posiedzenie w sprawie zażalenia na przedłużanie aresztu trójki zatrzymanych. Sędzia przychylił się do wniosku i wyznaczył 20 tysięcy złotych kaucji za każdego z nich. Na zebranie środków mamy dokładnie tydzień. Jeśli w tym czasie uda się przekazać odpowiednie środki, zatrzymani zostaną zwolnieni z aresztu i będa w zamian pod stałym nadzorem policyjnym.

60 tysięcy złotych to majątek, którego oczywiście nie mają ani rodziny zatrzymanych ani ich przyjaciele. Zebranie takiej kwoty w tydzień jest wyzwaniem graniczącym z możliwością, dlatego apelujemy o wsparcie. Jeśli możesz wesprzyj ich finansowo albo przekaż dalej apel o zbiórkę środków – każda złotówka przybliża nas do wydostania chłopaków zza krat.

Wyjście z aresztu oznacza dla trójki anarchistów przerwanie codziennych tortur, jakim są poddawani od ponad 3 miesięcy w czasie pobytu w całkowitej izolacji.
Nie możemy pozowolić, aby ta szansa przepadła!
