COMUNICADO SOBRE EL INMINENTE DESALOJO DE MAS MENUS:
Mas Menus fue okupado en Septiembre del año pasado(2016). Una kasa-chalet con un terreno grande en una zona bonita en el pla de l’Estany a 10 km de Banyoles. La kasa estaba en un estado horroroso, pero con mu-cho esfuerzo de lxs compas se ha convertido en un es-pacio bien habitable y precioso.
A la mañana del pasado Martes 28 de Marzo aparecieron dos peritas judiciales y un paleta y intentaron entrar en la kasa. Como no lo conseguieron intentaron intimidar al unico compa presente en éstos momentos con gritos:”Os teneis que marcharosi”, “Fuera de aqui!” etc. y ame-nazaron y anunciaron por escrito un desalojo policialpara el proximo Viernes 31 de Marzo a las 10.30h de la mañana!!!
Es la primera noticia que llega desde que pocos diasdespués de la okupación un compa fue identificado por los Mossos de Escuadra que aparecieron 2 dias en segu-idas a mitades de Septiembre.
Tras un procedimiento de execución hipotecaria iniciado por BANKIA en el 2013 en contra lxs antiguxs propietarixs, el espacio quedó al menos 4 años abandonado hasta la okupación el año pasado.El proceso judicial lleva el Juzgado de 1ª Instancia Nº 2 bajo el codigo 1732/13 a responsibilidad del Juez B….

March 25 was planned by some liberal opposition leaders as the day of the biggest protest against Lukashenko’s policies this year. The biggest one on the wave of the recent anti-governmental demonstrations that started in February this year. It ended with the biggest police mobilization in years bringing thousands of riot cops to Minsk and detaining hundreds of people preventive and during the demonstration. This Saturday capital of Belarus looked like a war zone created by the police.
After March 15 the Belarusian government started working with double energy to bring in as much disinformation as they could: radioactive load on some plane, car full of explosives coming from Ukraine, old nationalist organization plotting riots, loads of weapons confiscated during raids. All of this has bombarded Belarusian society through governmental media in recent days, creating the atmosphere of terror from one side, but also the atmosphere of anger in society – “Do the president and his dogs think that we are so stupid to believe all of this crap?!”
However, the absurdity was never a reason to stop for the Belarusian state propagandists. As well as for Lukashenko who was giving speeches recently about planned provocations on the 25th and blaming the fifth column in trying to destabilize situation in the country and at the same time commenting that he is a big proponent of European values.
In this campaign anarchists were moved to the second role to be replaced by nationalist organizations “White Legion” from the 90s and a conservative ‘Youth Front’ that was planning to raise from dead and start riots on March 25. Cops even hacked the social media account of one of the former leaders of the “White legion” and started distributing calls to join the demonstration with arms and start revolution.
Lukashenko was trying to remove his opponents from participation in the protest on March 25 by putting them to jail for short terms. Thus leaders and rank-and-file activists of liberal and nationalist opposition landed in jail for 10-15 days for previous actions. Only several of them managed to stay out. The main figure behind the idea of the protest on the 25th is Nikolai Statkevich – an authoritarian leader of the oppositional Belarusian National Congress – disappeared one day before the demonstration. By the time this article is written there is no information of his whereabouts.
Ostatnio w mediach społecznościowych pojawia się coraz więcej historii odmowy lub próby odmowy wypisania recepty na antykoncepcję. Towarzyszy temu dyskusja, czy to legalne i jak reagować.
Kiedy jest to nielegalne?Jedynym powodem, dla którego lekarz/lekarka może odmówić wypisania recepty na jakiś lek, w tym środek antykoncepcyjny, jest uzasadnione medycznie przekonanie o szkodliwości stosowania tego leku przez określoną pacjentkę/pacjenta. Musi to być jednak przekonanie wynikające z wiedzy medycznej – przeprowadzonego wywiadu i/lub badań oraz znajomości działania danego leku. Nie jest dopuszczalnym to, aby odmawiać wypisywania antykoncepcji bądź na podstawie swoich przekonań religijnych, czy też związanych ze światopoglądem, bądź w związku z jakimś ogólnym przekonaniem o “szkodliwości” zażywania leków antykoncepcyjnych i wyimaginowanych skutków ich stosowania. Muszą to być konkretne, uzasadnione medycznie okoliczności dotyczące konkretnej pacjentki/pacjenta.
Lekarz/lekarka odmawiający/a wypisania recepty w sytuacji braku medycznych argumentów podlega odpowiedzialności: zawodowej, w związku z niewłaściwym wykonywaniem swojego zawodu (naruszenie obowiązku udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych, nadużywanie klauzuli sumienia, niewykonywanie zawodu zgodnie ze wskazaniami aktualnej wiedzy medycznej), cywilnej (np. naruszenie dóbr osobistych czy też wyrządzenie szkody) czy nawet karnej (jeśli swoim zachowaniem naraża pacjentkę/pacjenta na bezpośrednie niebezpieczeństwo). Łamie też prawa pacjentki/pacjenta (przede wszystkim prawo do świadczeń zdrowotnych).
Jeszcze podczas wizyty można podjąć próby wyegzekwowania swojego prawa. Nie ma tu niestety żadnych bezpośrednich środków, których możemy użyć i które na pewno będą skuteczne. Warto jednak wprost powiedzieć, że jest to zachowanie niezgodne z prawem, że mamy świadomość tego, że łamana jest ustawa o zawodzie lekarza oraz prawa pacjenta. Należy też wprost zapewnić, że zdajemy sobie sprawę z tego, że nie dostajemy świadczenia zdrowotnego, do którego mamy prawo oraz że w razie odmowy po prostu skorzystamy z dostępnych kroków prawnych (o których poniżej). Skutecznym działaniem może być także natychmiastowe poinformowanie dyrekcji placówki i prośba o natychmiastową interwencję.
On the 19th of February, Taras Bogay, an anarchist and eco-activist from Lviv, Ukraine, was assaulted by a group of 20-30 drunk neo-nazis from the rightwing organisations Right Sector and the neo-nazi militia named the Azov battallion. They attacked Taras after he tried to protect a group of foreigners that the nazi group was harassing with racial slurs and threats.
During the fight the attackers threatened to kill Taras. He was knocked unconscious and sustained a heavy concussion and numerous cuts resulting in the near loss of one of his fingers. While defending himself and the foreigners, Taras slightly cut one of the attackers with no serious injury. Taras fought well, but the forces were uneven.
Despite Taras having been found covered in his own blood, the Lviv police department released news about the incident later that day without mentioning Taras’ injuries. The news stated: “the police arrested a 27-years old man that stabbed an 18-year old teenager in a conflict”.
A few days after the incident a false “witness” claimed that Taras suddenly attacked the group of innocent people, then cut himself and ran away. While every word of this evidence is a clear lie, it may be considered as proof of Taras’s fault in the court. The case clearly demonstrates that Ukrainian police has a strong affiliation with far-right organizations. Currently, Taras is being treated for his wounds, and is doing rehabilitation from his concussion. Taras is recovering gradually and his condition is gradually improving. Nevertheless, he is still unable to work.
Taras is experiencing severe financial problems. First, he is unable to work due to the injuries and have to pay medical bills. Second, to protect himself from the false charges, Taras requires a lawyer that cost at least €900 (he has concluded a contract with a lawyer for the period of investigation – about half of a year).
Without a good lawyer Taras could face a prison sentence between five and seven years (the charges being disorderly conduct and grievous bodily harm).

In November, three and a half years after imprisonment, anti-fascist activist Alexey Gaskarov, convicted in the framework of Bolotnaya Square case, was finally freed. “I regret that we have agreed to take part [in the trial]. We should have, like Soviet political prisoners, turned our backs and kept silent, and not take it as an attempt to find out the truth”, Gaskarov said in his first interviews after his release.
“A few videos clearly showed that the incriminated episodes had happened before the riots started. I believed it would be a simple case, I would show them the video, and everything would be ok.
“Instead, I was showing the evidence, the judge was nodding, but there was no reaction. The whole trial looked as if the decision had already been taken, the verdict written, and everyone was just hoping this to end quickly”, Gaskarov said.
Gaskarov wrote ten tips on how to help a political prisoner, which include: help the advocates; quickly inform the others if the prisoner reported abuse and other violations of their rights; do not let the individual feel themselves lonely: write them letters, try organising different sorts of activities;send deliveries and money to the prisoner and their family; do not leave the individual alone after they were released – help them adapt to the new life.

Clearly, the State forces are working hard in Spain!! With this article, we want to show and explain which kind of laws legitimate the Spanish State actions. Where they come from and where they are going to. Past and future of Spanish repression…enjoy!!
The current anti-terrorist law source is the one from 1984, proposed by the Spanish Socialist Party – PSOE.(1) I don’t know why we get still surprised by them. As the judge Jose Manuel Bandres said already during the 80s(2), this law was THE way to force an undercover exception state. With the excuse of being the legal instrument to fight against the ETA terrorist group(3), basic social rights were rooted out(4). Some of the mechanism helping the authorities to protect us (from us) were: possibility of being detained for ten days; if one person belonging to an organization was condemned, the authorities can decide to dissolve the political group; detentions, house searchings, surveillances and telephone tapping/email searching were allowed if the government authority consider them appropriate; and broadcast media closure or occupation were allowed by mandate of the judge. These actions were/are in conflict with the constitutional rights of: a maximum of 72 hours detention, inviolability of your house and your phone/mail without judicial warrant, freedom of speech, and the right to be informed, to meet, to associate and to not be discriminated. Anyway, so much for the constitutional rights.
The law has being updated in the last ten years, with great modifications. The Criminal Penal Code was reformed in 2000 to expand a term already existing, “apology of terrorism”, to punish those who exalted or incited terrorist crimes. The maximum period of detention of 10 days was decreased to 5 days (that’s the only good thing), suspects can be put in solitary confinement (maximum of 13 days)(5), can not inform family or a 3rd person, cannot receive or send correspondence or communications, or receive private doctors visits, relatives, friends…no one. During this detention time the person has no right to hire a personal lawyer, or have a private interview with them. The whole investigation can be under “secret of summary” (secret of judiciary investigations) and can be declared totally or partially secret for all the parties involved.
An investigation was started by Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s office about our newspaper related to articles “Both Arrival and Departure of State is From Fear”, “Banned Until Further Order”, and “Recreating Life” in the 30. issue of our newspaper published on December 2015 with the caption “Banning Everything”. The lawsuit following the investigation ended after almost a year of trials. On the summary judgment yesterday, the court sentenced the managing editor of our newspaper Hüseyin Civan to 1 year and 3 months of imprisonment with the charge “making the propaganda for the methods of a terrorist organization constituting coercion, violence or threats through legitimizing or praising or encouraging the use of these methods”.
As we emphasized in the articles leading to the investigation, “State will never be able to captivate the passion of freedom of and the conviction of freedom of the peoples”.
As an anarchist newspaper knowing that the free life that we believe in can only be created through struggle, we will never give up writing what we stand up for and distribute what we write. We will continue to resist, act and write against oppression, investigations, custodies and arrests.

The 16 march was a marathon of trials in Belarus. Over 50 court hearings took place indifferent cities and 52 protesters are jailed. After the violent detention of the anarchist block, its supporters and bystanders after the demonstration on 15 march in Minsk and the detentions of people after demonstrations in other cities yesterday 52 people were sentenced from 12 to 15 days in prison, at least 25 anarchist among them.
The charges were resistance of the detention and masking at the demonstration. The idea behind those sentences is to keep people in prison the next two weeks, because there are more demonstrations announced.
Right now over 160 journalist, anarchists, opposition politicians and people joining the demonstrations are sentenced to fines or short prison term. The numbers are rising daily.

Today in three major cities of Belarus – Minsk, Mogilev and Grodno – people took the streets protesting against government attempts to collect tax off the unemployed (details of the story HERE). In Minsk, demonstrations managed to gather more that 1 500 people, in Mogilev and Grodno 1 000 each. These are the biggest protests those cities have seen in decades. It is worth mentioning that most of the protesters are far from major political powers in the country and do not align with any opposition stream, rather prefer to point out the hard economical conditions and results of 24 years of Lukashenko’s rule.
Around 40 anarchists organized in a separate block participated in the demonstration with banners saying “For the people, the main social parasite are the bureaucrats, politicians and the police” (refering to the law against social parasites introduced 2015 that is the major reason for recent protests). To make the demonstration a little bit more fun, a samba band in black joined the block. Inside of the demonstration, anarchists were by far the most organized force that took a lot of attention from the police.
During the whole demonstration, 20-30 civil cops were constantly following the anarchist block and at the end of the demo tried to arrest some people. Anarchists together with other participants of the demo managed to unarrest people and get into public transport – a tactic that was quite successful in the past months, when anarchists managed to get out safely. However it was stopped a couple of minutes later by a bus without license plates and civil cops rushing into the public transport. To get the people out , the pigs used not only brute force beating up people, but also pepper sprayed the trolleybus (an action one of the football hooligans got 10 years in jail for in Belarus just last week). At the end of the confrontation, around 30-35 people were detained including several bystanders, who were trying to help people resist the police. By the end of the day, some activists were beaten up so badly that the cops had to call an ambulance.

In Belarus last weeks people took to the streets to fight the law against social parasitism – law that was signed by dictator Lukashenko in 2015, but started troubling population only at the beginning of the 2017. Thousands took to the streets in Minsk, Brest, Gomel and many other smaller cities all around the country, to show their discontent with the law and the current regime. The protests seems to have little influence from “official” opposition- instead of that people previously not involved in the politics are organizing together. In several places anarchist played quite a big role in the protests. Last week belarusian government started repressions against those on the streets – up until now over 48 people were detained and prosecuted for different violations.
Belarusian government started talking about social parasitism somewhere after 2010 elections. The idea was not new to the region – previously in soviet union people who were not officially employed were always under threat of prosecution. This time belarusian government was doing the same – Lukashenko wanted to punish those who are not working or working but not paying taxes.
Slowly step by step through several ministries the idea have crystallized – the law was written and presented to Lukashenko who eagerly signed it. Inside it was stated that every person who is not working for more than 6 months in a year have to pay a “tax” to the state to cover the “social” state – free public health care and education. The sum to pay for many people was quite big – around 180 euro per year, with an average salary somewhere between 200 to 300 euro per month depending on the region of the country.
Pochodzący z Iraku student Ameer Alkhawlany mieszka i studiuje w Polsce. Pewnego dnia zostaje zatrzymany. Dziś może opisać, jak do tego doszło.
Ameer Alkhawlany pochodzi z Iraku. W bieżącym roku akademickim miał rozpocząć studia doktoranckie na UJ. Jednak już szósty miesiąc pozostaje zamknięty w areszcie w Przemyślu i grozi mu deportacja. Oficjalne powody jego aresztowania nie są znane, wciąż nie postawiono mu też żadnych zarzutów. Nieoficjalnym powodem jego uwięzienia jest odmowa współpracy z Agencją Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego. Na około miesiąc przed Światowymi Dniami Młodzieży dwóch agentów ABW usiłowało nakłonić Ameera do infiltrowania środowisk imigranckich i muzułmańskich w Polsce i przekazywania ABW zdobytych informacji, jednak Ameer stanowczo odrzucił ich propozycję.
W październiku został aresztowany, a Straż Graniczna, na wniosek Szefa ABW, wydała decyzję o wydaleniu go do Iraku. Aby uniknąć natychmiastowej deportacji, na dzień po aresztowaniu Ameer złożył wniosek o udzielenie mu azylu w Polsce. Kilka tygodni temu otrzymał decyzję odmowną. Urząd ds. Cudzoziemców, który rozpatrywał wniosek Ameera, uzasadnił swoją decyzję zawartością tajnych akt ABW. Nie wiemy, co się w nich znajduje. Dostępu do nich nie ma nawet adwokat Ameera.
Obrońca Ameera złożył odwołanie od decyzji o nieudzieleniu azylu, rozpatruje je Rada ds. Uchodźców. Jeśli rada podtrzyma negatywną decyzję urzędu, postępowanie deportacyjne Ameera zostanie wznowione. Ameer stracił już całą nadzieję na uzyskanie sprawiedliwości w Polsce – uważa, że wszystkie organy decyzyjne są pod naciskiem ABW. Po zakończeniu sprawy w Polsce Ameer planuje złożyć skargę do Trybunału Praw Człowieka w Strasburgu.

Poniedziałek 3 października był pochmurnym dniem. Przed pójściem na uniwersytet musiałem coś załatwić i pojechałem do centrum miasta. W drodze powrotnej zatrzymała mnie grupa pięciu mężczyzn w cywilnych ubraniach. Mężczyzna naprzeciwko mnie rozchylił kurtkę i chwycił pistolet, nie wyjmując go zza paska. Ten ruch naprawdę mnie przeraził! Mężczyzna po prawej stronie pokazał swój identyfikator, kolejny spytał o dokument tożsamości, potem poprosili mnie o paszport. Kiedy oddałem im moją kartę pobytu i paszport, kazali mi wyłączyć i oddać im telefon.

Jako, że jesteśmy częścią środowiska antynacjonalistycznego, w naszym towarzystwie obracały się osoby kojarzone z antyfaszystkowskimi bojówkami. Jedna z takich osób, której niestety zaufałyśmy, gościła w budynku kilka razy w ciągu tygodni poprzedzających eksmisję i posiadała własne klucze. W poniedziałek późnym wieczorem osoba ta wraz z trzema kolegami wtargnęła do cudzego pokoju, agresywnie próbując wyrzucić z niego jednego z gości naszego kolektywu, by następnie go pobić. Tłumaczyli to swoimi podejrzeniami, jakoby goszcząca osoba współpracowała z policją. Rzucali wieloma groźbami i szykanami, ustawili się w wyraźnie bojowych pozach otaczając róg pokoju w którym przebywała dwójka osób z kolektywu oraz gość, tym samym nie pozostawiając im przestrzeni do ewentualnej ucieczki. Jednocześnie osoby te zupełnie ignorowały prośby o opuszczenie pokoju (o ironio,nad łóżkiem, na którym przebywały atakowane osoby, były rozpisane zasady bezprzemocowego rozwiązywania konfliktów na skłocie RCIO).
Dopiero, gdy w pokoju pojawiło się więcej osób spośród naszego kolektywu, czterech intruzów nieco się uspokoiło i zaczęło uzasadniać swoją agresję chęcią “chronienia” (sic!) naszej grupy. W jednoznaczny sposób daliśmy im do zrozumienia, że nie potrzebujemy ich ,,ochrony”, jeżeli ma się ona sprowadzać do przemocy psychicznej mającej na celu zaznaczenie swojej dominacji. Mimo to głośna awantura trwała kilka godzin i była prowadzona z pominięciem wszelkich zasad bezpieczeństwa.

Las Naciones Unidas publican un informe que advierte del gran peligro que representan los plaguicidas para la industria alimentaria y critica a sus productores.
La Organización de las Naciones Unidas se ha pronunciado contra de la producción de plaguicidas a través de un nuevo informe donde la Relatora Especial sobre el derecho a la alimentación, Hilal Elver, critica a las empresas que manufacturan estas sustancias químicas para la industria alimentaria, acusándolas de negar de forma sistemática “la magnitud de los daños” que provocan dichas sustancias, así como de desarrollar “tácticas agresivas y poco éticas en el ámbito de la mercadotecnia”.
“Los plaguicidas peligrosos implican un costo considerable para los Gobiernos y tienen consecuencias desastrosas para el medio ambiente, la salud humana y la sociedad en su conjunto, afectando a diversos derechos humanos y sometiendo a determinados grupos a un riesgo mayor de ver vulnerados sus derechos”, reza el texto.
Para ilustrar el efecto negativo de los plaguicidas, en su informe la Relatora Especial hace referencia a los casos registrados de cáncer, Alzheimer y Parkinson, trastornos hormonales, así como a problemas de desarrollo y esterilidad causados por la exposición crónica a este tipo de sustancias químicas.
Muchos productores aseguran que con el crecimiento drástico de la población humana pronosticado para el período hasta 2050 los plaguicidas son “vitales” para la industria alimentaria. Sin embargo, Hilal Elver sostiene que tales declaraciones no son otra cosa que un “mito”, según declaró al periódico ‘The Guardian’.
Asimismo, Elver advierte que los plaguicidas “no tienen nada que ver” con la tarea de acabar con el hambre, y matiza que los problemas que la humanidad afronta hoy en día no están relacionados con capacidades de la producción sino con la pobreza , la desigualdad y la distribución.(Ecoportal)

Arran dels dos articles sobre el consum de drogues i la seva relació amb el moviment anarquista, publicats a la Solidaritat Obrera, “La lluita i la Estrella” i “Sobre les drogues: Llibertat sí, llibertinatge no“, i de les reaccions que han despertat en els cercles llibertaris en què participo, he vist la necessitat de plasmar també la meva opinió.
Crec que no podem obviar alguns aspectes molt importants que han sortit reflectits en els textos mencionats: el mal que ha fet la droga a moltes persones, militants o no i la reflexió sobre qui estem enriquint quan busquem l’autogestió a partir de les grans marques alcohòliques, com Estrella Damm, o bàsicament l’autogestió basada en l’oci i el consum. Però crec que encara seguim encallats, com a moviment, assenyalant a l’enemic equivocat.
Quan parlem d’això des del discurs anarquista, assenyalem “la droga” com un ens abstracte que les engloba totes, i prenem com a vàlida la premisa de “consum=addicció”, sense parar-nos a definir què entenem com a droga. Quan assenyalem de manera abstracta la droga, sovint estem parlant d’una substància que alhora també té altres usos no relacionats amb l’hedonisme (la cerca de plaer), com poden ser els usos medicinals, terapèutics o culinaris. Però quan preguntem si en aquest discurs contra el consum de “droga perquè la «droga mata»”, s’hi inclouen, per exemple, les cremes de cànnabis pel dolor muscular, la resposta és que no, perquè no ens col·loquen. Per tant, no s’assenyala a la droga com a substància en si, si no que, amb aquest nom “droga”, ens referim a les substàncies que, tenint potencial recreatiu, evasor o addictiu, s’estan usant per aquests últims efectes. Tampoc solem fer distincions entre les diferents substàncies i equiparar-ne tots els consums i addicions, fent encara més abstracte el discurs, i allunyant-lo de la realitat.
Quan hi ha un consum problemàtic aquest consum sempre respon a una necessitat no coberta que busquem satisfer a través d’una conducta compulsiva.
Entenem, llavors, que no són les substàncies les causants dels problemes reals que estan provocant alguns consums, sinó la nostra relació amb elles. D’aquesta manera, hem de centrar el focus de l’assumpte en aquesta relació: Tenim un problema amb el consum, el consumisme.
Durante una estadía en el territorio chileno tuvimos la oportunidad de
hablar con un compañero de Radio Kurruf de Temuco sobre su proyecto, la
lucha mapuche en esta región y también sobre la amenaza a muerte que el
colectivo ha recibido hace poco de una agrupación paramilitar de
derecha. Eso y otros temas podrán escuchar en la siguiente entrevista.

Éstos dias vamos a inaurgar un pequeño local en Kan Bici, hasta ahora tristemente sin uso y desde hace muchos años abandonado. Para conocerlo os invitamos a todxs los Viernes de Marzo, se va abrir la “Kafeta” y proyectamos un documental que nos parecia interesante. Habra bebidas y tapas veganas a precios populares. Cualquiera de vosotras que tiene una propuesta u idea podriausar éste espacio para diversas actividades. Podreis enviar un email u proponerlo directamente aqui uno de los Viernes que abrimos.Con muchos animos para éste proyecto, y avanzando en la re-sistencia contra el desalojo de la kasa (la semana pasada se presentó el recurso contra la sentencia de la Iª instancia),segu-imos peleando contra un sistema de hipocritas y psicopatas profesionales que intentan justificar la destrucción de la tierra con la necesidad de mantener sus privilegios como poseidores de todo (en realidad robado del pueblo) y tanta gente que les siguen el rollo para ser parte del poder y aceptar sus migajas que les caen durante sus festines.Aún falta algo de kurro para preparar el local, si alguien quiereechar una mano bienvenido/a sea. We won’t change it to a simple cultural act for “making party” and giveyou the end-fuck…, we always insist in an event which forms part of the anarchist struggle, with speachs, workshops, actions etc.Ok confirm as soon as possible always is cool,so we stay more calmed!For the total liberation!Health & Anarchy!

Wstęp redakcji GwO: Zapewne każdy w środowisku anarchistycznym słyszał o konflikcie między skłotersami z Odzysku a Federacją Anarchistyczną – Poznań. Dotyczył on oddania skłotu Odzysk w ręce prywatnego właściciela w zamian za sumę, którą ten miał wpłacić na ruch lokatorski. Jedni tego chcieli, inni się na to nie zgadzali. O co w ogóle chodziło?
Chociaż od całej sprawy minęło już trochę czasu, uderzające pozostaje jak szybko została ona zamieciona pod dywan, a wszelkie rozmowy na jej temat – mimo, że wywołała wiele kontrowersji – odbywały i nadal odbywają się wyłącznie w prywatnych, towarzyskich kuluarach.
Mimo oburzenia wielu osób, tylko jeden z ex-odzyskowiczów odważył się złamać tabu powszechnego milczenia, publikując tekst „Odzysk nie na sprzedaż – Nie znaczy nie!„, gdzie między innymi tak wyjaśnił motywy jego napisania: „Po pierwsze by przełamać status quo. To co działo i wciąż dzieje się w Poznaniu uważam jedynie za jaskrawy przejaw choroby która toczy cały polski tzw “Ruch”. To choroba autorytaryzmu, braku solidarności i przemieszania konfliktów personalnych z ideowymi.”
Bardziej krytyczny od niejednego anarchisty okazał się także – o zgrozo – jeden z dziennikarzy poznańskiej Gazety Wyborczej, który w swoim felietonie skrytykował machinacje poznańskiej FA, jako nie licujące z buntowniczym etosem robienie interesów.
Nas jednak interesuje przede wszystkim to co dzieje się w środowisku anarchistycznym. Głos jednej osoby to wciąż za mało, a podejrzane status quo ciążyć będzie nad środowiskiem, dopóki nie będzie ono gotowe do otwartej dyskusji. Nie po to by komuś złośliwie dokopywać, ale by lepiej zrozumieć co się stało, przeanalizować i wyciągnąć wnioski na przyszłość.
